THE WOMAN BEHIND THE BAR

I created the fitness experience I couldn't find anywhere else

I grew up in Alaska — yes, actually Alaska — and no, I was not an athlete. I was the girl who loved dancing and cheer and movement but had absolutely no idea what to do in a gym. Weights felt intimidating. The fitness world felt like it wasn't built for someone like me. So I stuck to YouTube workouts, long runs, and fitness apps and told myself that was enough.

Then I found group fitness. And everything changed. Not just the training — the feeling. Walking into a room full of people showing up for themselves, moving to music that actually hits, leaving feeling like you could take on anything. I got hooked on that energy. I started lifting. I started dragging my friends to workouts. I started writing plans for myself and for them. And eventually I realised — this is what I want to do. Help people feel the way that room made me feel.

Now I coach private clients, lead group fitness classes, and run a weekly run club — and every single thing I do is built around one belief: fitness should fit your life, not take it over. I'm not here to push extremes or sell you a perfect plan. I'm here to help you build habits that actually stick, train in a way that feels good, and show up as your own version of strong.

Movement Should Feel Good

I spent years thinking fitness had to be hard to be worth it, more cardio, less food, more discipline. That approach left me exhausted and not actually any stronger. Now I train smarter, not harder. And I help my clients do the same.

What We're Really Building

Confidence. Energy. The version of you that walks into a gym and feels like she belongs there — because she does. The physical results follow. But that feeling of owning your space? That's what we're really here for

How You Leave Is Everything

Every session is designed around three things: how you move, how you feel, and how you leave. The movement is intentional. The energy is curated. And the way you walk out, taller, clearer, like yourself but more so, that's the part I care about most.

The Fit Bar exists for the woman who has tried the generic programs and couldn't stick to them

— not because she lacked willpower, but because none of it was built for her. This is. Real training, real support, and a trainer who shows up for you the way a great gym bestie would — except she actually knows what she's doing.

Whether you're brand new to training, coming back after a break, or ready to level up — you're in the right place. This is your seat at the bar. Pull up.
